Moving Etc receives the name, phone, email, service choice, origin and destination city and ZIP, inventory and property-access notes, and optional preferred date entered in the estimate form. The sending page and campaign tags are also recorded so the team can identify the context of the inquiry.
The team uses the request to discuss the route, furniture, packing, stairs, parking, and other move conditions, and to prepare an estimate or next step. Technical fields help deter automated spam and diagnose delivery problems.
A submission is first kept as a private WordPress lead, then transmitted to the company’s customer-management system. Hosting, security, and CRM providers may process the information needed for those services. There are no public customer profiles or self-service accounts on this site.
Server logs may contain the request time, browser information, and IP address. Essential platform or security cookies may operate, and campaign values in the URL can be copied into the lead. Data is retained for reasonable follow-up, operational history, security, accounting, and legal purposes, then removed or anonymized when those purposes end.

I was able to quickly and easily arrange to have a piece of furniture picked up from a local business and delivered to my home. The movers were clean, neat, and polite. They were attentive to details and made certain nothing was missing. The only suggestion I have is a little more training re: how to position large pieces to smoothly clear a ceiling overhang.
